Time Management

Kind of a simple idea but oh so difficult to implement at times!!! I've become a victim of some success here at PowerSport Strength and Conditioning and I have certainly been a bit absent in updating the website with all of the exciting things I have been doing, the places I have visited, clinics I have attended and/or spoke at, and putting up pictures!!! All it takes is to manage your time....again sounds easy but DAMN!!! So look for several updates to the website and it's content in the next coming weeks!!!!

Do you have the 'nuts' to go it on your own?

I asked the guys working if I could flip them and tried to explain why I wanted to flip these monstrous tires … the look these guys gave me was was absolutely priceless then I was told “Yeah crazy white boy knock yourself out”
If you know me then you know that my Dad and I never had the normal 'father/son' relationship that so many of you out there enjoy with your fathers and so when I see the young men that I coach struggle with the dynamics of this important relationship I share with them stories from own personal struggles.
