All Blacks Rugby

So tonight I am staying up way past my bedtime to watch the last Aotearoa test match of 2013 with the All Blacks facing the Wallabies from Dunedin, NZ.  I'm excited to get a chance to watch Ben Franks play and be able to watch it live on YouTube!!! New Zealand actor Temuera Morrison has done an outstanding promo video that I want to share and if it doesn't get you up off the couch and ready to hit the gym....well then you may just be dead inside!!  

There are several quotes from it that have really stuck with me but this one really has hit home because it describes so much of what I love to say about my own coaching and training,  "This isn't Hollywood don't be blinded by the hype, as a matter of fact keep the icing brother, I want to eat the cake."   

This is All Blacks Rugby!!!
